Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said that any Jew who votes for Democratic candidate Kamala Harris "should have his head examined (to ensure his sanity)." Trump added, during an event to combat anti-Semitism held in Washington, on Thursday evening (local time), that if he loses the presidential election scheduled for November, the Jewish people will be largely responsible, warning that Israel will be "wiped out of existence" within two years. The former US president noted that he has a Jewish daughter, a Jewish son-in-law and Jewish grandchildren in an effort to attract Jewish votes, adding: 'Despite everything I did, I only got 29% of the Jewish vote in the last election. Polls show me now at 40%. That means 60% will vote for someone who hates Israel. That's just because of the influence or curse of the Democrats on you. That's unacceptable,' referring to Harris receiving the support of 65% of Jewish voters in a Pew Research Center poll conducted from August 26 to September 2. Trump said: '15 years ago, Israel had the most powerful lobby in the United States and no one could say anything about it. Today, we all have to fight for Israel. I am very surprised to see that, but we will win this battle.' Source: Maan News Agency
