Ukraine Submits Proposals to United States on Plan to End War with Russia

Kyiv: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that his country has submitted official proposals to the American side containing a plan aimed at ending the war with Russia.

According to Oman News Agency, Zelenskyy explained in his video address that the proposals focus on calling for an increase in military support for his country, particularly in the field of air defense, alongside exerting international pressure on Moscow to push it toward ending the conflict and changing its current military plans.

These developments come amid hints of upcoming visits by American negotiators to both Kyiv and Moscow in the coming period to discuss ways to reach a settlement.

In a related context, the Ukrainian President pointed to the existence of intelligence reports indicating Russia's intention to declare a new military mobilization by autumn, following the Russian parliamentary elections scheduled for next September.
