Muscat: The University Medical City has successfully completed the international QUATRO Comprehensive Audits of Radiotherapy Practices at Sultan Qaboos Integrated Centre for Cancer Treatment and Research. According to Oman News Agency, QUATRO audits are part of an international program aimed at reviewing the quality and safety of radiotherapy services. Developed by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in cooperation with the World Health Organization (WHO) and international partners, these audits are crucial in ensuring that radiotherapy services meet high safety and quality benchmarks.
