Jericho - Ma'an - Settlers attacked students and teachers at Arab al-Ka'abneh Elementary School northwest of Jericho on Monday morning, under the protection of the occupation forces. Human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh reported that the settlers assaulted the principal of Arab al-Kaabneh School and detained him, and threw stones at the school's doors and windows. The Red Crescent also confirmed that it dealt with 3 injuries from assault by settlers in the Al-Ma'rajat area near Jericho, and they were transferred to the hospital. In this context, the Ministry of Education condemned the occupation's violations against education, the storming of the Bedouin Al-Kaabneh Elementary School, the assault on its administrative staff and teaching staff, the intimidation of its students, and the tampering with the school's contents and facilities, stressing that 'it is a condemned occupation violation that reveals the ugly face of the occupation and its indifference to children's rights.'
