11:30 am The Lebanese Institution for Civil Peace will hold its third and final consultative meeting to discuss mechanisms and means for reforming the Lebanese tax system to achieve tax justice and efficiency. The meeting will take place at the Economic and Social Council headquarters in central Beirut and will feature speeches by MPs Farid Boustany, Ghada Ayoub, and Hagop Pakradounian. 11:30 am The National Human Rights Commission will launch its reports on "Visits to 190 Detention Centers," managed by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces and the Lebanese Army, and "Visits to Tripoli and Zahle Prisons for Men."
