Nizwa: A three-day forum titled 'Together Towards Excellence' commenced today at the Cultural Centre in the Wilayat of Nizwa, located in the Governorate of A'Dakhiliyah. The forum aims to enhance the performance of the institutional system and improve government work environments in the face of modern administrative and technological changes.

According to Oman News Agency, the event sees participation from 260 government employees and jobseekers. The opening ceremony was presided over by Sheikh Mahmoud bin Rashid Al Saadi, who is currently overseeing the duties of the Governor of A'Dakhiliyah.

The forum is a collaborative effort organized by the Governorate of A'Dakhiliyah in partnership with the Directorate General of Health Services, the Higher Judicial Institute, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Youth within the governorate. It focuses on developing leadership and technical skills, fostering innovation, and increasing public awareness regarding institutional excellence indicators. The event also aims to connect training and development initiatives with institutional performance objectives to enhance the efficiency of government operations.
