Muscat, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of greetings to President Sylvanie Burton of the Commonwealth of Dominica on her country’s Independence Anniversary.

In the cable, His Majesty the Sultan expressed his sincere sentiments and best wishes to President Burton and the people of her country.
