Oil Rebounds from 16-Week Lows


Muscat: Oil prices rose today, snapping a three-day losing streak and rebounding from 16-week lows. Brent crude futures gained 15 cents, or 0.2%, to $65.50 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude climbed by 14 cents, or 0.2%, to $61.92 a barrel.



According to Oman News Agency, the recent price increase comes after a period of decline, marking a recovery in the oil market. The gains in both Brent crude and US West Texas Intermediate highlight a shift in market sentiment, suggesting potential stabilization or improvement in oil prices. The fluctuations in oil prices are being closely monitored by industry stakeholders and market analysts.
