Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam convened the fourth round of their consultation sessions in Muscat. Sheikh Khalifa Al Harthy, Undersecretary for Political Affairs at Oman’s Foreign Ministry, and Nguyen Minh Hang, Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, led their respective delegations.
According to Oman News Agency, the session focused on strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors such as economic, investment, and cultural cooperation. The discussions also included an exchange of views on several regional and international issues that are of mutual interest to both countries.
The meeting saw the presence of key officials, including Ambassador Sheikh Abdulaziz Mohammed Al Hosni, Head of the Asia and Pacific Department, and Hoang Huu Anh, Ambassador-designate of Vietnam to Oman, alongside other representatives from each nation.
