Muscat: The 18th Annual Forum of the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) began in Muscat today under the auspices of Sheikh Dr. Ali Masoud Al Sunaidy, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ). The event, hosted by OQ Group, brings together ministers, GCC energy leaders, corporate executives and over 2,600 attendees from 43 countries.
