Manama, Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Consort of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), received a cable of congratulations from His Highness Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa, the Vice-President of the Supreme Council for Environment, Deputy Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club High Committee and Member of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, on the 23rd anniversary of the SCW. His Highness affirmed that the vision and efforts of Her Royal Highness continue to enhance the role of Bahraini women in the comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
