The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health on Wednesday issued an updated toll from the new wave of explosions that targeted wireless devices, which included nine fatalities and more than 300 injuries. Two people died and about 20 others injured in a train derailment in the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand.
