Bahrain participated in the third conference organised by the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (ICESCO) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in Oman, held under the theme "Beyond the Transforming Education Summit: From Commitments to Applications", in Oman. Suha Saleh Hamada, Director General of School Affairs, heads and members of delegations from the ministries of education, members of the organisation, experts, and representatives of relevant regional and international organisations, were present. Hamada affirmed Bahrain's commitment to follow up on the outcomes of the Transforming Education Summit 2022. She commended the themes addressed by the conference, and the discussions that took place on transforming education in the Islamic world, greening education, the role of AI in it, and the role of digital transformation in accelerating the transformation of education.
