Baghdad: Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) is actively participating in the 2nd edition of the Iraqi Franchise Expo in Baghdad. OCCI's involvement underscores its commitment to expanding Omani business ventures into new markets.
According to Oman News Agency, the OCCI delegation is led by Eng. Hamoud Salim Al Saadi, who serves as the Second Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of OCCI and the Chairman of the OCCI Commercial Franchise Centre Committee. On the first day of the exhibition, two significant franchise agreements were secured by Omani companies. Mohammed Sagheer Qassim Al Maamari, the proprietor of the 'Brothers of Silver' brand, and Issa Saleh Al Aghbari, the owner of the 'Seven Fries' brand, both successfully inked deals to expand their operations.
The OCCI's pavilion at the expo showcased over 15 prominent Omani brands. These businesses are keen on exploring franchising opportunities and establishing a presence in the Iraqi market.
