Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of the State of Kuwait, following the passing of Sheikh Fahad Sabah Al Nasser Al Mubarak Al Sabah.

According to Oman News Agency, in his message, His Majesty expressed his sincere sympathies to the Emir and the Al Sabah family. He also prayed to Allah the Almighty to rest the deceased's soul in peace in paradise and grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss.
