Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation Board Holds 4th Meeting for 2025

Muscat: The Board of Directors of Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education (OAAAQA) held its fourth meeting for the year 2025 today at its headquarters, chaired by Dr. Rahma Ibrahim Al Mahrouqi, Chairperson of the Board of Directors. During the meeting, the Board discussed several topics, including updates on the project to re-engineer the quality audit system for General Foundation Programs (GFPs) and updating the Authority's Strategic Plan (2026-2030).

According to Oman News Agency, a visual presentation during the meeting highlighted the school performance evaluation processes carried out by the Authority. The meeting also covered the signing of the Conflict of Interest form with institutions and programs that will undergo evaluation processes, the Board of Directors' self-evaluation for the year 2025, and the rating of matters presented through circulation.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Jokha bint Abdullah Al Shukaili, Chief Executive Officer of Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education, and members of the Board of Directors.
