Musandam: The Directorate General of Education in North Al Batinah Governorate: today launched a professional and technical innovation hackathon at the Sultan Qaboos Mosque Hall in Sohar. The hackathon, which targets more than 39,000 students from the governorate's schools, will run until 12 February 2026.

According to Oman News Agency, the hackathon is supported by OQ Refineries and Petroleum Industries company, along with institutes specialized in vocational and technical education and school administrations from different parts of the governorate.
