Singapore: Represented by the Ministry of Defence, the Sultanate of Oman today participated in the opening ceremony of the Singapore Airshow, which is being held from 3 to 8 February 2026. The event features participation from more than 1,000 leading international companies specializing in security and defence from various countries around the globe.
According to Oman News Agency, the Omani delegation, led by Air Commodore Ibrahim Mohammed Al Busaidi, toured the exhibition's pavilions. The delegation was briefed on the latest technologies and innovations in air defence and cybersecurity, along with the advanced developments in the aviation and aerospace industries.
It is noted that this marks the 10th edition of the Singapore Airshow. The event includes air displays featuring different types of aircraft and an exhibition of aircraft and drones.
