Muscat:Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister, received the credentials of Dr. Asmus Hammerich, the World Health Organization (WHO) Representative to Oman. According to Oman News Agency, Sayyid Badr expressed his hopes for the WHO Representative's success and reaffirmed Oman's dedication to collaboration with the organization to support health initiatives and achieve shared objectives. Dr. Hammerich appreciated the existing cooperation and support from Oman and emphasized his intent to enhance the partnership and explore new areas of joint cooperation. The Foreign Minister also received the credentials of Zaid Abdel Karim Abu Hassan, the Ambassador-designate of Jordan, and Huseyin Ergani, the Ambassador-designate of Türkiye. He extended his welcome to the ambassadors and wished them success in their roles, hoping for further development and prosperity in Oman's bilateral relations with their respective countries. The meetings included the presence of several officials from both sides, inclu ding Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al Qatabi, Head of the International Organizations Department, Najib Yahya Al Balushi, Head of the Protocol Department, and Dr. Saleh Amir Al Kharusi, Head of the Arab Department at the Foreign Ministry.
