Dank: An agreement was signed here today for the construction of Wadi Al Owainah Dam in the Wilayat of Dank, A'Dhahirah Governorate. The project, which costs RO 120,000, is a joint venture shared by citizens in Al Owainah village and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources. According to Oman News Agency, the project reflects the community's commitment to participate in the development of vital infrastructure. The Ministry will oversee the implementation of the project to ensure its compliance with established technical standards. The 100-metre long and 14-metre high dam will boost the sustainability of water supplies for the village of Al Owainah.
