Al-Khatib contacts Druze Sheikh Aql, Jumblatt & Arslan, appreciating their positions on the Majdal Shams massacre

Supreme Islamic Shiite Council Vice President, Sheikh Ali Al-Khatib, contacted on Sunday Druze Community Sheikh Al-Aql, Sami Abi Al-Mona, former MP and Minister Walid Jumblatt, and the head of the Democratic Party, Prince Talal Arslan, appreciating and praising their "courageous and patriotic on the Majdal Shams massacre." He said: "These stances express a deep awareness and understanding of the plots and conspiracies by the Israeli enemy to ignite strife and create pretexts to expand its aggression against Lebanon and the Lebanese." Sheikh Al-Khatib concluded: "The position of the Resistance was clear and brave in this regard. This Resistance cannot target Arab villages and Arab citizens who still cling to their Arab Syrian identity despite all the pressures that the Zionist entity exerts on them."
