Speaker Al Asoomi highlighted that this humanitarian decision reflects Bahrain's commitment to upholding human rights and promoting social cohesion. He also emphasised that the decree underscores Bahrain's dedication to justice and the rule of law while balancing legal and humanitarian considerations. Al Asoomi commended the kingdom's achievements in human rights, crediting the leadership of His Majesty and the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
