Bahrain Airport Company (BAC) confirmed that all technical systems at Bahrain International Airport (BIA) are fully operational and unaffected by the recent global technical issue. BAC noted that it is proactively monitoring the global situation and working closely with the relevant authorities to implement any necessary precautionary measures. BAC advised all passengers to check the status of their flights with their respective airlines before arriving at the airport. The BAC added that in reference to recent local media reports regarding the cancellations, delays, or rescheduling of some flights, these disruptions were not related to BIA's technical systems and were due to external factors and are being actively managed by the respective airlines.
