The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon on Friday issued the following statement: "In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in Gaza and in solidarity with their brave and honorable resistance, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Israel's Al-Metula site with artillery shells at 12:00 pm on Friday, July 19, 2024, achieving a direct hit." The statement continued, "At 12:13 pm on Friday, July 19, 2024, Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Israeli artillery positions in Khirbet Maar and the surrounding deployment of enemy soldiers with dozens of Katyusha and Falaq rockets, achieving direct hits."
