The Interior Minister emphasised the importance of updating the national risk register and establishing a national emergency management centre. He also highlighted the need for a national training programme to improve emergency preparedness and response. The council reviewed the national risk management framework, focusing on early warning systems, prevention policies, and crisis coordination.
