Muscat: The Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies at the Ministry of Defense today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies (NESA) of the United States of America. The MoU deals with cooperation in academic and scientific fields. According to Oman News Agency, the signing took place during a meeting between Maj. Gen Hamid Ahmed Sakroon, Chairman of the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, and Dr. Roger Kangas, Academic Dean of NESA. The MoU was signed by Brigadier Nasser Abdullah Al Qatabi, Head of the Academy for Strategic and Defense Studies, and Dr. Roger Kangas, Academic Dean of NESA.
