Muscat: Dr. Mohammed Nassir Al Za'abi, Secretary General at the Defence Ministry, received Alexander Fomin, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, and his accompanying delegation in his office today. The meeting was also attended by the Russian Ambassador to Oman, the Director General of International Cooperation at the Defence Ministry, and the Military Attache at the Russian Embassy in Muscat.
