Muscat: Dr. Mohammed Nassir Al Za'abi, Secretary General at the Defence Ministry, received Alexander Fomin, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, and his accompanying delegation in his office today. The delegation is currently visiting the Sultanate of Oman. According to Oman News Agency, the meeting focused on the relations between Oman and Russia, addressing several topics of mutual interest. The discussions reflect the ongoing cooperation and dialogue between the two nations in the field of defense. The meeting was also attended by the Russian Ambassador to Oman, the Director General of International Cooperation at the Defence Ministry, and the Military Attache at the Russian Embassy in Muscat. This gathering underscores the importance of diplomatic and military relations between Oman and Russia, highlighting their commitment to exploring avenues of collaboration.
