Fourth Edition of “Together Forward” Forum to Commence This Sunday

Muscat: The activities of the fourth edition of the "Together Forward" forum, organized annually by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, will commence this Sunday. This initiative embodies the Royal approach of His Majesty the Sultan in fostering communication between the government and society, and in attentively considering citizens' opinions, suggestions, and aspirations across various sectors.

According to Oman News Agency, the forum, which will be attended by a select group of citizens from diverse backgrounds, along with a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies, and other dignitaries and officials, aims to acquaint citizens with developmental policies, programs, and government initiatives. It will also provide a platform for them to express their views and suggestions, in addition to sharing their concerns and challenges with decision-makers in a constructive, participatory environment.

The forum's proceedings will be complemented by the "Idea Makers - Hamat" program, implemented in partnership with Oman Investment Authority. This program seeks to promote creativity and innovative thinking, nurture talented youth, contribute to sustainable development, and reinforce the principle of active citizenship. The program, for which competitions recently commenced across all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman, has already witnessed broad participation.

Furthermore, this year's forum will feature the "Present Achievements and Future Visions" exhibition, which will showcase the accomplishments and significant societal contributions of several national institutions.
