Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today conferred Royal orders upon a select group of distinguished individuals in recognition of their exceptional contributions across various fields.
According to Oman News Agency, His Majesty awarded the Royal Commendation Order (First Class) to Sayyid Khalid Hamad Al Busaidi for his contributions to arts and culture. Dr. Mohammed Awad Al Hassan and Dr. Hamad Saif Al Hinai were honored with the Al Nu'man Order (First Class) for their diplomatic service and representation of Oman in international organizations, respectively.
In addition, the Royal Commendation Order (Second Class) was bestowed upon several notable figures, including Dr. Ali Abdul Hussein Al Lawati for his work in health sector infrastructure, and Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al Nuaimi for his efforts in civil initiatives and social responsibility. Professor Dr. Mohammed Zahir Al Abri was recognized for his achievements in scientific research and academia. Others honored include Yousuf Abdul Qadir Al Kamali for cultural contributions, Sulaiman Hamoud Al Na'abi in sports and youth, and Dr. Hameed Hamoud Al Far'ee in health.
Further recipients of the Royal Commendation Order (Second Class) include entrepreneurs Eng. Azzan Qais Al Kindi and Suleiman Mohammed Al Sulaimani, Eng. Muadh Ahmed Al Hinai for digital economy advancements, Dr. Ra'ed Abdulhafidh Al Farsi for disability affairs, Iman Ali Al Rahbi in education, and Saleh Za'al Al Farsi in arts.
The Royal Commendation Order (Third Class) was awarded to Nabati Sharqi Yabqa and Amir Hassan Nouri for their excellence in institutional achievements.
The awards were presented by Sayyid Khalid Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, during a ceremony at his office. The minister highlighted the significance of these honors as a testament to His Majesty's deep appreciation for the recipients' dedicated service and contributions to their fields and the nation. He extended his best wishes for their continued success in their future endeavors.
