Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik issued Royal Decree No. (5/2026) concerning the ratification of the Air Services agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Cabo Verde. This agreement was signed in Punta Cana on 11 November 2025.

According to Oman News Agency, Article (1) of the decree ratifies the agreement as per the version attached to the decree. Article (2) stipulates that the decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and will be enforced from the date of its issue.
