Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received a written message from President Lee Jae-myung of the Republic of Korea. The message was received on behalf of His Majesty the Sultan by HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, when he met with Kang Hoon-sik, Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic of Korea and Envoy of the Korean President.

According to Oman News Agency, during the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of cooperation and partnership between Oman and Korea across various economic and investment fields. They also discussed ways to develop these areas to serve the mutual interests of both countries.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Said Mohammed Al Saqri, Economic Advisor at the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, and Sheikh Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Hinai, Ambassador-at-Large at the Foreign Ministry.
