BETHLEHEM, The Israeli military government today informed three Palestinian landowners in the village of Wad Foukin, west of the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, of its decision to seize around 40 dunums of their lands, according to a local official.
Ibrahim al-Hroub, head of Wad Foukin village council, told WAFA that the Israeli military is going to seize 10 dunums owned by one family and 30 dunums from another two families. The lands are located west of Wad Foukin village.
He said the landowners will not be allowed to reach their lands, planted with olive trees, anymore under the pretext of it being state-owned land.
