SALFIT, Israeli forces leveled today evening large tracts of land and bulldozed hundreds of olive trees belonging to Palestinians in the al-Ras area in Salfit in the central West Bank, according to Fayez Abdel-Dayyem, one of the land owners.
He said Israeli bulldozers uprooted around 250 olive trees, aged 7 and 10 years old, in al-Ras area under the pretext the land is located in area C of the West Bank, under full Israeli administrative and military control.
Forces also leveled large tracts of land and demolished several retaining walls in the area.
