Israeli forces imposes siege on Nablus

Israeli forces Monday tightened its siege on the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, following a massive attack by the settlers’ on the city’s nearby villages and towns.

Local sources told WAFA that the Israeli forces are still imposing a closure on checkpoints of Huwara, Awarta, al-Muraba’a road and Za’tara and entrances to Beita.

They said that the soldiers are obstructing Palestinian movement on entrances of Sarra, a town southwest of Nablus.

Yesterday, Israeli settlers and forces launched a massive attack campagin against Palestinians and their properties in Huwara, Asira al-Qabaliyya and Burin.
