Israeli forces uproot trees near Jerusalem

Israeli forces Sunday uprooted trees in the village of Silwan, south of al-Aqsa mosque, in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

WAFA correspondent said that Israeli municipality staff and bulldozers raided the town under protection from the Israeli forces and uprooted trees in the area of Ard al-Hamra, which was seized by Israeli settlers last month.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces raided a number of shops and homes in the town of al-Issawiya, east of Jerusalem, and sezied surveillance cameras.

Israeli forces also broke into the town of at-Tur.
