Israeli settlers attack a town south of Nablus

Israeli settlers today attacked the town of Madama, south of the city of Nablus in the north of the West Bank.

Ghassan Daghlas, in charge of the settlements file, said settlers attacked the southern area of Madama under army protection.

He said residents confronted the settlers and the soldiers fired tear gas and shot in the direction of the residents.
