HEBRON, Israeli settler tonight attacked Palestinian farmers while they were in their land east of the city of Hebron in the south of the West Bank, beat them up and sprayed them with pepper gas, according to a local resident.

Rashid Tamimi told WAFA that settlers from the illegal Havat Gal settlement attacked his family while they were working on their land and herding the sheep in Jabal Jales area, east of Hebron.

He said the settlers sprayed pepper at his family members and beat them up causing bruises.
