Israeli soldiers forcefully evict family from house near Hebron

HEBRON, Israeli soldiers today forcefully evicted a Palestinian family from their house in Khallet Tata, southwest of Hebron, according to WAFA correspondent.

He said that the heavily-armed soldier cordoned off the family house of Mohammad al-Hroub in the area and fired volleys of tear gas canisters inside it.

The soldiers afterwards dragged the family members out of the 100-square-meter house in preparation for planned demolition.

The area, west of Dura, is a frequent target of demolition notices as the Israeli occupation authorities prevent construction in the area and seeks to expel Palestinians to make room for the expansion of the nearby colonial settlement of Nighot.
