JENIN, Israeli soldiers opened fire this morning at a Palestinian man on a northern West Bank road near the town of Arraba, south of Jenin, injuring and arresting him, according to Palestinian security sources.

They told WAFA that the shooting occurred near the location where soldiers earlier today shot and killed three Palestinian men identified as Khalil Tawalbeh, from Jenin, Saeb Abahreh, from al-Yamoun town, near Jenin, and Saif Abu Libdeh, from Tulkarm.
