Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Minister Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, wishing him health and wellness and friendly people further progress, development and prosperity.

President Minnikhanov received the minister on the sidelines of his participation in the International Economic Forum “Russia – the Islamic World”, being held in Kazan on May 17-21, in the presence of representatives of 72 countries.

The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments commended the advanced level of bilateral relations which benefits the two friendly countries and peoples.

He stressed the importance of this conference, which aims at strengthening trade, scientific and cultural relations between the regions of the Russian Federation and the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
