Muscat: The Ministry of Labour today began conducting personal interviews for jobseekers in different governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. The programme will run until 1 January 2026.

According to Oman News Agency, Abdullah bin Sultan Al Sunaidi, Director of the Department of Employment and Replacement in the Government Sector, stated that a total of 1,949 jobseekers, who hold educational qualifications, will be interviewed to fill 379 job vacancies in government departments in their respective governorates.

Al Sunaidi mentioned that the interviews are being conducted at the Labour Ministry's headquarters in Muscat, as well as the Ministry's directorates in the governorates of the Sultanate of Oman.

Those who successfully pass the personal interviews will be authorized to join the designated government departments with immediate effect.
