Muscat: Acting in cooperation with the Ministry of Defence and other military and security services, the Ministry of Labour today launched a new recruitment and employment system named 'Tazamun'. A ceremony to this effect was held at Mu'askar Al Murtafa'a Garrison under the auspices of Labour Minister Dr. Mahad Said Ba'Owain. According to Oman News Agency, the ceremony included a visual presentation of the 'Tazamun' system and outlined efforts made to accommodate jobseekers and better serve the nation. Yahya Mohammed Al Batashi, Director of the Department of 'Other Units' at the Ministry of Labour, provided an overview of the new employment and recruitment system, highlighting its strategic importance. The event was attended by Dr. Mohammed Nasser Al Za'abi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Defence, along with undersecretaries and senior officers from the Sultan's Armed Forces, departments of the Ministry of Defence, and other military and security services.
