Democratic Gathering' bloc MP Bilal Abdullah, on Thursday visited Caretaker Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, at his ministry office. The pair held a tour d'horizon bearing on the general political and security situation, and an array of matters related to the Iqlim al-Kharroub region. On the other hand, "Strong Republic" bloc MP Pierre Bou Assi, visited today Minister Mawlawi at his ministry office. A statement from Bou Assi's Media office said that the meeting touched on the recent encroachments and provocations that took place in the Upper Metn- Baabda district, and the means to prevent their recurrence.
