Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,534.98 points, up 26.2 points, or 0.35 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,508.77 points.
According to Oman News Agency, trading value stood at RO 55,487,840, representing a rise of 6.07 percent from RO 52,314,843 recorded in the last session. The market capitalization increased by 0.173 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 38.26 billion.
Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 6.322 million, accounting for 11.39 percent of total trading value, while sales reached RO 6.235 million, or 11.24 percent. Net non-Omani investment consequently increased by RO 88 thousand, or 0.16 percent.
