Muscat: Muscat Stock Exchange "MSX 30" index today closed at 7,431.63 points, up 36.1 points, or 0.49 percent, from the previous session's close of 7,395.55 points. According to Oman News Agency, the trading value stood at RO 53,051,752, representing a rise of 14.4 percent from RO 46,385,472 recorded in the last session.
Market capitalization increased by 0.199 percent from the previous trading day to approximately RO 37.99 billion. Non-Omani investors recorded purchases worth RO 4.870 million, accounting for 9.18 percent of total trading value, while sales reached RO 4.783 million, or 9.02 percent. Net non-Omani investment consequently increased by RO 86 thousand, or 0.16 percent.
