Musandam: The Municipal Council in Musandam Governorate discussed a set of service and development proposals that contribute to enhance the infrastructure in the governorate. It reviewed improvements to communications services in the Wilayat of Khasab, in addition to proposals for developing the waterfronts of coastal villages in the wilayat. According to Oman News Agency, during its meeting held today under the chairmanship of Ahmed Mohammed Al Kamzari, Vice Chairman of the Council, the Council reviewed a proposal for utilizing the land within the scope of Khasab Airport - the Airport Neighborhood extension, and a proposal to construct a bridge connecting the two banks of the marine passage in Al Kamaza neighborhood near the beach park. The meeting also discussed the features of the upcoming five-year plan in the health field with Dr. Ahmed Salim Al Mandhri, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Planning and Health Regulation, and the walis of the governorate.
