Oman Participates in Arab Foreign Ministers Meeting in Jeddah

The Sultanate of Oman participated today in the ministerial meeting, which precedes the 32nd Arab Summit.

Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi chaired Oman’s delegation in the meeting, which was held in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The meeting discussed items listed on the agenda and decisions related to means of supporting march of the joint Arab action in various political, economic and social fields. The meeting also reviewed a number of issues and the latest developments at the regional and international arenas, which will be raised to the 32nd Arab Summit, scheduled to kick off in Jeddah this Friday.

Meanwhile, Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr held a number of sidelines meetings within the context of his participation in the Arab Foreign Ministers’ meetings.

The Sultanate of Oman’s delegation comprised Abdullah Nassir Al Rahbi, Ambassador of Oman to Egypt and its Permanent Representative to the Arab League and a number of officials at the Foreign Ministry.
