RAMALLAH, One fatality and 795 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Palestine in the past week, today said the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

The ministry said that 179 new cases were reported in the West Bank, and 431 patients have recovered.

In Jerusalem, 60 new cases were reported and 120 recoveries, while the Gaza Strip confirmed one death, 556 new cases and 2660 recoveries.

The ministry said 28 coronavirus patients are currently getting treatment in hospitals, including seven in intensive care, while two patients are on ventilators.
