Palestinian farmers desert lands following Israeli military breach of Gaza’s southern border

KHAN YUNIS, Palestinian farmers working on their land in Khuzaa town, east of the southern Gaza Strip city of Khan Yunis, were forced to leave their lands following an Israeli military breach of the border, reported WAFA correspondent.

He said that several Israeli military vehicles breached the southern Gaza borders and proceeded to level border area lands while shooting in the air causing panic among the farmers who were working on their land and forcing them to desert the area in fear for their life.

In an effort to create a buffer zone inside the besieged Gaza Strip, the Israeli military regularly breach the Gaza borders and level land in the area causing damage to agricultural land before returning to their bases inside Israel.
