JENIN, A Palestinian worker was shot, wounded and arrested by Israeli occupation soldiers today near the Israeli segregation barrier to the west of Tulkarm city, north of the occupied West Bank.

Ahmad Atatra was trying to access his workplace inside Israel via an opening in the Israeli segregation barrier when soldiers opened gunfire at him, injuring him in the foot, according to Palestinian security sources.

Atatra, a resident of the village of Zububa in the West Bank province of Jenin, was arrested by the Israeli soldiers after being shot and wounded.
